Heinz H. Stolzki

Heinz Stolzki is of counsel with Urban Thier Federer & Chinnery, P.A. He was born in Germany and has been a practicing attorney in Munich since 1979. His practice focuses primarily on international law, specifically assisting companies practicing in several states, commercial law, international family law (divorce, alimony, law of domestic relations, and marital assets), international probate, and labor law.

Mr. Stolzki is especially versed in German-American divorce cases, particularly the distribution of property and assets. He has also acted as counsel for a conglomerate of companies based in Miami, Florida, from 1997 until 2000. He was involved in the preparations of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and the foundation of an internet bank.
