Matthew A. Leibert

Matthew A. Leibert has been admitted to practice law in Florida and Colorado for twenty four years. He began his career learning trial work as an assistant state attorney prosecuting crimes for the State of Florida for three years. Since that time he has practiced civil and criminal litigation for the remaining twenty one years.
Mr. Leibert has practiced litigation since he was admitted to the Bar, and concentrates his practice in the areas or personal injury, insurance claims and criminal defense. Mr. Leibert also litigates many types of civil disputes.
Mr. Leibert is a member of the Florida Bar, the Colorado Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
