He is based in the Orlando, Florida office, and his practice focuses on domestic and international civil litigation matters such as in the areas of business and contract disputes; transactional matters, including business entity formation with a particular focus upon European entities operating within the United States; real estate litigation; personal injury and wrongful death litigation (including medical malpractice, long-term care abuse, and civil rights violations); appellate proceedings; immigration; and marital and family law.

Mr. Jackson was born in Bangkok, Thailand, was raised in Kiel, Germany, and speaks German with native fluency. Mr. Jackson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1989, graduating with honors. In 1993, he worked abroad in a law firm in Vienna, Austria, and also attended the Freie Universität in Berlin, Germany in the Tulane Summer Abroad Program. Mr. Jackson earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane Law School, along with the Tulane Maritime Law Certificate, in 1995.

Mr. Jackson is a member of the bars of Florida, Texas, Colorado and The District of Columbia and the bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
