Suzanne Paulus

 

Suzanne Paulus is of counsel with Urban Thier Federer & Chinnery, P.A.  She focuses her practice on real estate and transactional legal matters.  Ms. Paulus has experience in all aspects of real estate law representing individuals and business entity clients in negotiating, preparing and reviewing purchase and sale contracts, real estate leases, title documents, closing documents, title commitments and policies, platting, residential and commercial closings and real estate development.  Ms. Paulus has also prepared declarations and restrictive covenants for homeowners associations, condominium owners associations and commercial associations.

Ms. Paulus is a native of Orlando, Florida.  She earned her undergraduate degree in History from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, prior to attending Catholic University, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.  While in law school she concentrated her studies on International Law and participated in the study abroad program at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, studying international business and trade.

Ms. Paulus is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
