General Immigration Services
Both in the United States and Germany (and other European Union countries), laws governing visas, immigration and naturalization matters are enforced by government agencies that often have a protectionist agenda and can hamper the free movement of individuals and the legitimate manpower needs of businesses. Our goal is to assist and serve each client to identify the best course of action to allow that client to navigate the complex laws, regulations, and requirements pertaining to visas, immigration and naturalization to meet their objectives.
Unless Visa Exempt under the Visa Waiver Program, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stays or an immigrant visa for permanent residence.
