Mary Grace Dyleski

Mary Grace Dyleski is a Shareholder of Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. She is based out of the Orlando office.

Ms. Dyleski’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation with concentration creditors’ rights and defending claims by debtors under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida’s Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Ms. Dyleski is a member of the Florida Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the bar of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the bar of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the bar of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Dyleski was formerly a clerk with the Honorable Gary E. Clary, South Caroline Circuit Court from 1995 – 1996.
