Eric Rhine

Eric Rhine

A native of Beaumont, Texas, Eric Rhine joined the firm in 2016. Mr. Rhine attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with high honors in only two years. While at UT, he double-majored in Government and History and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended Baylor Law School where he received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Rhine has represented clients in cases involving: severe personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, bus crash rollover accidents, and construction defects.

Mr. Rhine also has extensive experience representing hundreds of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation involving: metal-on-metal hip claims (DePuy Pinnacle, DePuy ASR, Stryker Rejuvenate, Biomet M2a Magnum and Biomet M2a 38) and transvaginal mesh claims. He was a member of the trial team that tried the first bellwether case in MDL No. 2244: In Re: DePuy Pinnacle Hip Litigation.
