Carl-Christian Thier

Carl-Christian Thier is a shareholder in Urban Thier Federer & Jackson, P.A. He is based in the Orlando office and regularly travels to the firm’s Munich office. He is a transactional attorney, concentrating his practice in German and United States international law in areas of contract law, taxation, tax planning, business entity formation and other business matters, with a particular focus on cross border investments between Germany and the United States.

Dr. Georg Federer

Dr. Georg Federer is a shareholder in Urban Thier Federer & Jackson, P.A. and is based in the Munich office. He is a civil litigation attorney admitted to practice in Germany since 1987. Dr. Federer’s primary practice areas include Competition and Trademark Law (compliance with German and European Union laws regulating advertising, marketing, and anti-trust/anti-competition matters), wills, estates and probate law, and business litigation, as well as transactional matters.

Michael R. Jackson

Michael R. Jackson is a shareholder in Urban Thier Federer & Jackson, P.A. He is based in the Orlando, Florida office, and his practice focuses on domestic and international civil litigation matters such as in the areas of business and contract disputes; transactional matters, including business entity formation with a particular focus upon European entities operating within the United States; real estate litigation; personal injury and wrongful death litigation (including medical malpractice, long-term care abuse, and civil rights violations); appellate proceedings; immigration; and marital and family law.

Christopher J. Menke

Christopher J. Menke is a shareholder in Urban Thier Federer & Jackson, P.A. He is based in the Orlando office and focuses his practice on intellectual property matters in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and technology transfer. Mr. Menke was formerly an attorney with the United States Government in the Intellectual Property Law Division, Air Force Materiel Command Law Office, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, a patent attorney with the law firm of Fleit Gibbons Gutman Bongini & Bianco P.A., in Miami, Florida, and a patent law clerk with Cordis Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson Company.

Kristina Nubaryan

Kristina Nubaryan is an associate attorney with Urban Thier Federer & Jackson, P.A. She is based in the firms Orlando office and focuses her practice on civil litigation in the areas of commercial, real estate, medical malpractice, civil rights violations, trademark and employment law. Ms. Nubaryan was formerly a staff attorney with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP in Los Angeles, California, where she practiced in the areas of complex commercial, securities and intellectual property law.
