Dr. David A. Columna is an Of Counsel Attorney with Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. He is based and admitted to practice law in the Dominican Republic. He has a depth of experience handling litigation and transactional matters. This includes experience and certifications in different fields of the law, including criminal, civil, corporate, and real estate.

Dr. Columna is a seasoned litigator handing litigation and arbitration law cases in the Dominican Republic courts, including all appellate courts, as well as in arbitration forums. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He serves both corporate and individual clients. Dr. Columna has an international business-oriented practice, focusing on the best possible outcome for each client and case. He has handled many high-profile litigation cases and transactional matters.

Dr. Columna is a member of the Dominican Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all Dominican Republic courts, including trial courts, appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of the Dominican Republic. He earned his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), in Santo Domingo, whose mission is to train leading and enterprising professionals, capable of generating new ideas and propitiating the changes demanded by today's society in the subjects of social justice, legality, rights, and good practices with an ethical sense.
