Trust Enforcement

The enforcement of a trust is a complex issue and many difficulties may arise. UTF’s attorneys are able assist clients involved in these matters. The personal representative of an estate or trustee of a trust owes the beneficiaries a fiduciary loyalty. When the trustee is not performing his duties as the trust administrator, then heirs and beneficiaries may be able to bring suit against the trustee for breach of his fiduciary duty.
